Your system monitoring is moving: from FusionSolar to EnergyOrb Europe

Huawei Digital Power is transferring the monitoring management of photovoltaic systems from the FusionSolar platform to the new EnergyOrb Europe. This change affects all installers and customers currently using FusionSolar to monitor production and consumption.

What changes, and what doesn’t

Your system's operation will not change: the inverter, devices, and energy production remain exactly as they are. Legal warranties also remain unchanged. Only the channel you use to consult your data—the app and the portal—is changing.

Three key dates to remember

• July 15, 2026: EnergyOrb Europe goes online. You can log in using the same credentials you currently use for FusionSolar.

• July 15 – November 15, 2026: Transition period. FusionSolar remains active in parallel, but it is recommended to switch to the new system as soon as possible.

• November 16, 2026: FusionSolar closes permanently (both app and portal).

How to switch to the new system

• From a smartphone: The EnergyOrb Europe app will soon be available on the App Store and Google Play.

• From a computer: monitor.energyorb.com

If you do nothing

After November 16, your account and data will be transferred automatically to EnergyOrb Europe to ensure service continuity without requiring any manual action.

If, however, you wish to opt out of the migration (which will result in the deletion of your historical monitoring data) or if you experience technical difficulties in the meantime, you can reach out to two support channels:
