THERMAL ACCOUNT 3.0 (Government incentive in Italy)

The GSE confirmed the reopening of PortalTermico 3.0 yesterday, April 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Following the suspension in March due to an extremely high volume of requests (over €1.3 billion already received), the portal is operational again exclusively for the submission of "Direct Access" applications. Given the limited annual budget (€900M total) and the speed at which funds are being committed, it is vital to act immediately to guarantee incentives for your customers. The Conto Termico 3.0 introduces a historic change: incentives for Photovoltaics (PV) and storage systems, but with specific rules that reward technological integration. Here are the requirements for products that Esaving can provide to help you access refunds of up to 65%.
