Significant changes have been introduced to the Operating Rules for Renewable Energy Communities (CER), expanding opportunities and simplifying procedures for accessing tax benefits and contributions.

Registrations on the FER X TRANSITORIO portal opened on July 14th and will remain open until September 12th, 2025. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the GSE's FER X Portal, accessible from the Services Section of the GSE website's Client Area.
